POSITION GOALS

Review business processes in order to gain a complete understanding of current procedures identify improvementsDocument those processes, and connect business heads to information technology groups in an organization.Responsible for analysing and modeling existing business processes. To understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.A thorough understanding of the current state of the organization is necessary prior to recommending changes related to implementing a new business solution.The business analyst is responsible for the knowledge transfer of business implications to the application/database developers and project managers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand business and ensures there is integration between business and technology.Work closely with the operations and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverableProvides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standardData custodian & controllerTrend analysis and aligning with account management teamTechnology Tools incl Helpdesk – Trending and AnalyticsDeliver output files for reports and dashboardsSign off on data roadworthinessFacilitate Reporting on compliances Seek and collate data for analyticsGenerate MIS and reports as management requirement Predictive reportingWork with finance on budget targetsCross verification of data as per agreed TOR time to timeGenerate Daily reports, Weekly reports, MMR, QBR, ABR etc. and own the reports.Custodian of all Site team statutory compliances, their documentation and recordsWould be responsible for all Audits related to compliance and will upload the OGS Compliance tool with all requisite documentsBuilding statutory compliances are to be tracked for expiration and renewalsAll documentation recording to be ensured on shared folders related to compliance

Education/Years of Experience

Graduated in Analytics from a reputed Management Institute. Should have related experience of 7-10 years.

Skills

Should have business analysis skills and experience in modeling business processes.Extremely strong communication and presentation skillsGood documentation skills.Industry knowledge will be added advantageIs very analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issuesBe very proactive in follow-ups for on time closure Be resourceful to get the final objective concluded.
