Assistant Manager, Data/Content Management
About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team: This team is responsible for providing ‘Corporate data’ for our end clients. The team ensures the integrity and comprehensiveness of the dataset by utilizing both internal and external sources, such as government and regulatory documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports, and our internal research tools. You will gain exposure to various industry reports while interacting frequently with stakeholders across MI to understand industry dynamics and foster a collaborative work culture. The Impact: This role involves collaborating with the team and manager on various initiatives related to processes, people, and projects. Responsibilities: Manage a team of individual researchers who are involved in the process of data extraction. Manage the performance review process, talent development, and talent management processes of the team Assist in strategic planning and operational management. Redefine and establish key performance metrics to measure team effectiveness and success. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving among team members. Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. What we are looking for: A strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent and driving result. Support team members in exploring new ideas and approaches to problem-solving. Oversee advanced project management and execution. Analyse and interpret data using various software tools to drive decision-making. Collaborate with IT to implement new technologies that enhance team performance. Manage high-stakes client relationships Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; Additional certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma and project management. Proficiency in data science, machine learning, and other emerging automation technologies is preferred. Extensive experience in a leadership capacity, with a proven track record of driving operational success in complex and dynamic environments. Exceptional analytical acumen, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and derive actionable insights. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage, inspire, and influence diverse audiences.
