About the Role
Act as a distribution sales to achieve in business targets, draw p business plans and marketing proposals, explore new business opportunities/partners.Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieve business targets for personal lines including individual medical products through Digital & Affinity Partner channels by formulating business and marketing strategies, supported by sound market intelligence and business analysis;Manage to draw up business plan and marketing proposals; drive various business projects and promotional campaigns including but not limited to marketing / advertising, partnering and/or other cost effective initiatives;Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of programs and initiatives; Explore new business opportunities / partners with distinctive and innovative ideas for long term development of business sources and lead generation; Participate in product development, revamp and service enhancement projects; Manage various marketing deliverables of membership club to support the continuous growth of customer loyalty, sales and user-experience;Support effective market intelligence and sales tracking to assist management decision in strategic business planning and analysis;Handle any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned;Obtain and maintain license as an individual insurance agent of Blue Cross with the Insurance Authority, and, where necessary, upon successful licensing as individual insurance agent with the Insurance Authority, advise on or arrange contracts of insurance or carry on regulated activity.

Education/Work Experience:
University degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related disciplines, or Diploma in insurance or related disciplines with relevant experiences;Fulfilment of the fit and proper criteria of the Insurance Authority for licensing as an individual insurance agent of the Company, and the minimum education and qualifications requirements, including but not limited to passes in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5 [subject to the regulated activities to be conducted]Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in insurance industry;Proven track record in business development of digital marketing channel is preferableCandidates with less experience will be considered as OfficerBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
