About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Digital Workplace is dedicated to enhancing the overall experience of users by providing prompt and effective services to end users’ request.Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling day-today corporate end users’ technology request, ensuring user satisfaction through accurate troubleshooting
Provide advanced technical support to employees, resolving complex technical issues
Ensure timely resolution of helpdesk request by monitoring the ticketing system
Update and keep accurate record of all helpdesk activities in ticketing system and present to management upon request
Manage the set-up of laptops with specific AIA requirement and technology standards and Apple iPhone / iPad setup with Intune MAM and MDM
Communicate issues, solutions and process clearly to end users
Assist in coordinating IT Projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the department goals
Work with vendors and external partners as needed to support IT initiatives
Minimum Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of corporate end user technologies support, preferably in Investment Bank or Trading Floor
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in handling corporate end users’ technology
Solid and deep understanding of front-end operation of M365, Edge Browser / MS Teams is required
Strong understanding of Win 10 Enterprise and its applications
Possess good knowledge on relationship with Active Directory / GPO and user desktop and laptops
Familiar with different collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Zoom and etc.
Demonstrate an excellent service mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Possess strong ownership and delivery good quality work
Able to work independent
