Assistant Manager, Distribution Services of Bancassurance

Position Responsibilities:

Respond enquiries from bank distributors through hotline & email in a professional manner in related to new business & underwriting, policy changes and claims with good quality result. 

Provide sales support related to post sales call and complex case enquiries from sales and business partners.

Provide administration support including new business application, payment collection & reconciliation, and after sales policy services. 

Work closely with operations teams to ensure best practices and quality services are promptly delivery.

Prepare regular MIS reports and ad-hoc assignment.

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Qualification:

Degree/diploma holder  

IIQE/LOMA qualification is well regarded

3 + years of work experience in life insurance operations, preferably in customer service 

Knowledge/Skills:

Customer service oriented and good problem solving skills

Attentive to details and adherence to quality standards

Independent and able to work under pressure

Strong ownership and accountability of results

Good communication and presentation skills

Strong in Excel skills, with good written and spoken English and Cantonese
