Perform quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries Involved in cross-sell initiatives via digital worksite marketing channel (“WSM”) to EB clients Participate in projects to automate and digitisate processes to ensure seamless EB and WSM processes to improve turnaround time and service levels
