Assistant Manager, Finance

The role involves financial reporting, planning, and analysis to support TW E-Commerce(購物中心/拍賣), along with some mix of Treasury duties. It requires collaboration with various business stakeholders and frequent communication with corporate, as well as partnership with local accounting team.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annually delivery of management reporting and other financial reporting packages as required by Corp

Support Treasury duties not limited to daily cash flow, treasury management and maintaining relationship with financial institutions

Manage Capex/Opex and perform return analysis (eg. Payback, IRR, etc) as required

Support creation of internal policy or control to enhance operations and efficiency

Ad-hoc project, reporting and analytics upon request by management team

What You Will Need

5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Treasury related roles

Qualified accountant with CPA firm experience is desired

Experience in Tech, FMCG or Retail industry and fast-paced, quick changing environment

Fluent written and verbal English and Mandarin skills

Strong quantitative and analytical skills and attention to details

Proficient in Excel, G-suite, Oracle Financial System, Anaplan, Tableau is preferred

Ability to work with large sets of data
