Leadership Responsibilities: Partner with In-market Finance team and FC teamPartnering with business divisions and functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, whilst supporting the delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environment.Partner to the senior collaborators, building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely reporting, respond to adhoc requests to ensure robust strategic planningSupport the FP&A team by providing insightful, user friendly information to support business conversationsEnsure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market as well

Purpose of the Role:Act as the finance business partner of the respective business unit(s) (Day to day financial management of the P&L/BS/Cash, drive financial performance, operational metrics)Generate insights for the business unit(s)’s leaders by pointing out inefficiencies and highlighting further efficiency opportunitiesSupport delivering timely information and insights, forecastingResolve sophisticated problems

Accountabilities: Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related review meetingsPrepare and submit Annual Operating Plan and Strategic PlanEnsure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistenciesCreate accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the partnersSupport finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accureate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requsted

QualificationsDegree or equivalent experience educated in relevant finance / accounting/ businessFinancial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred5 years experience in relevant areaStrong accounting experienceGood accounting knowledgeExperience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environmentExperience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantageHave an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision makingFluent English knowledge
