Wherever you start, you’ll be rewarded with a world view and the recognition you deserve in our inclusive and supportive culture. **About this role** This role is to support respective markets in managing their financial operations effectively and is crucial for ensuring financial stability and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization by delivering accurate data, insightful analysis, and effective problem-solving capabilities. You will be responsible for the: + Preparation of monthly management reporting processes (various reports including landing reports, O&R, working capital and cash flow), and decks for the related review meetings + Support forecasting and planning processes and reporting needs + Preparation and submission Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan + Responsibilities in reporting systems, with a required expertise in financial management + Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies + Creation accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the partners + Support finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested Leadership responsibilities: + Partner with In-market Finance team and FC team + Partner with business functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, to support delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environment + Partner to the senior collaborators, building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely reporting, respond to ad hoc requests to ensure robust strategic planning + Provide insightful, user-friendly information to support business conversations. + Ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market as well.
