Assistant / Manager, Franchise Development

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

 

Support the enhancement, development of Franchise Operations in SEA, in line with global/hub strategic plans and cluster/country commercial needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key responsible contact for Franchise Operations in SEA, representing the Franchise business model internally and externally Partner with country teams to support commercial needs to drive Franchise KPIs, leading to Net Sales achievement; work closely with Retail Operations for a one monobrand approach Collaborate with SEA counterparts to enable country Franchise Operations teams achieve commercial objectives Keep open communications within the SEA Commercial team to foster synergistic relations Collaborate with the EM hub team to understand the global/hub strategy for Franchise Operations and work with the country DTC and Franchise leads on developing a SEA strategy Support the Director for Retail and Franchise Operations Excellence on ensuring the SEA strategy is communicated across key stakeholders, that milestones are planned and met, and results measured Track and analyze Franchise performance (sell out, KPIs) in SEA and work on initiatives to support needs seen Work with the country Franchise leads on a timely update of roll out plans (opening, upgrades, closures); work with SEA Marketplace, SEA Retail Operations on opportunities seen for new concepts or expansion Support country teams on the opening process for new stores, linking closely to the Retail BPM process in place for SEA; work with SEA and EM counterparts on ensuring the best possible consumer experience is reflected across Franchise stores Continuously gather insights and inputs from the country teams to stay close to ambitions/plans/goals and work with the EM hub team to provide for the future Monitor critical/key projects within SEA involving Franchise Operations, ensuring open and timely communication to stakeholders Be the voice of the SEA country teams

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization. Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and support functions Franchise Operations background Project Management Fluent spoken and written English Regional languages an advantage, but not required Willingness to travel upwards of 20% of time

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
