Job Summary:
Oversees cloud computing technology activities within assigned scope of responsibility for one or more major functional areas within the information technology arena. Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient systems and service delivery to meet current and future demands. Identifies and pursues opportunities for improving service delivery methods and support procedures. Monitors industry trends for applicability and technology direction. Optimizes technology approaches to support company business processes and digital technology information systems platforms. Provides oversight and direction regarding assigned team, financial and operational activities.
Principal Responsibilities:
Conducts analysis, design, development, and implementation of cloud-computing applications based on business specifications.Ensuring the safety of information systems assets and protects systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.Design, analysis, planning and modification of internal company networks.Configuration, installation, maintenance, upgrading, monitoring and optimization of computer systems hardware and software.Providing onsite technical support to end users of computer applications and hardware.Development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications.Analysis, design and configuration of packaged software products to meet business implementation needs.Identifying user's business requirements during the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.Analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.Design and delivery of training programs, practices and procedures that may be applied globally.Ensuring the quality of project technical deliverables by executing test plans and confirming outcomes are expected and functional requirements are met.Plan, direct, monitor and coordinate activities related to technology and business projects and programs ensuring cost, schedule, scope and technical deliverable requirements are met.Providing technical and/or business process support services and problem resolution to internal users of company's applications, systems and hardware.Maintaining effective and efficient throughput of all online and batch processing.Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
Typically 4+ years relevant work experience
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
