We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will support the management and growth of our main accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our organization.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Assist in developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with key clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of products/services and resolution of customer issuesAnalyze account performance, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunitiesSupport the preparation and delivery of high-impact presentations and proposals to key clientsMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accountsAssist in contract negotiations and renewals with key accountsContribute to the development and implementation of account management best practicesQualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3 or more years of experience in key account management or similar roleExperience growing partner accountsStrong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and turn insights into relevant strategiesExperienced in project management, and balancing multiple sales opportunities simultaneouslyIndustry-specific knowledge relevant to our organization's sector is a plusAdditional InformationLife at Grab
