What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand—lower dollar value and/or lower part count.Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching, shortage reports and the Arrow flex reports with minimum customer interaction.Prepare Arrow generated forecasts for e-compass. Upload and manage the exceptions generated from the e-compass processing.Maintain manual bonds to assure interrupted availability of inventory.What We Are Looking For
Diploma or bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in material planning. Managerial experience is a plus.Experience in EMS, contract manufacturing, or the electronics industry is a plus.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.A proactive mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude.Familiarity with MRP, Oracle, or SAP systems is an advantage.Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions using standard procedures.What’s In It For You
