About the Role

Responsible to maintain a smooth and effective billing workflow to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Responsibilities:
Support the billing team in managing billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and EDI files, and maintaining billing records.
Supervise billing staff, addressing customer queries on billed items, tackle bounced back files/rejected items, and improve billing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee the daily activities of the billing team with guidance and support;
Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices and files for PRA to support Finance Department’s invoicing and payment to service providers;
Address enquiries from service providers/corporate clients on billing items, action for discrepancies recovery, adjustment and related task;
Maintain and update billing records at SharePoint; set up procedure manual with timely update of changes;
Prepare claims reports and regular reports on billing activities and outstanding/backlog monitoring and management;
Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices;
Work closely with insurers, other departments, such as Finance and Network Team to ensure smooth operations;
Compliance: ensure adherence to the company policies;
Participate on ad hoc projects or as assigned by supervisor / Line Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferrable
Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in billing or accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, at least 5 years in healthcare industry.
Strong analytical, problem solving, documentation and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Healthcare billing and medical terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Friendly and helpful telephone manner with excellent communication skills, self-initiative.
Patient at coaching junior teammate or new joiner.
Shift duties including non-offices hours, weekend and public holidays (last shift to 8pm) whenever necessary.
