Position Summary

Develop, maintain and monitor real time dashboard (Global dashboard) and meaningful customer segmentations and profilesMonitor trends, risks and opportunities throughout the planning process to develop optimal recommendationsUtilize data-driven insights to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide reports and recommendations for improving sales productivity and revenue growthAnalyze Online channel performance and customer shopping behavior to inform marketing opportunities and campaigns.Partner closely with the Online KAM team and operation teams to address business intelligence and requirementsCross-functional collaboration with Online Marketing, Sales and relevant members to generate insights, interpret and drive data strategy to increase customer growth and retention

Project management

Led new and current process standardization projects and adoption of tools to enhance sales productivity and accelerate transformation ensuring alignment with Samsung strategyProvide recommendations to translate strategy and drive alignment with management on implementation decisionsSupport working process simplification and reporting consolidation by adopting a standard toolsetOrchestrate Online business operations to drive alignment with management on new process decisions and ensure alignment with Samsung guidelines and timelinePerform ad-hoc database queries to support business needs. Runs and maintains various access databases, typically tools specific to teams or functions.Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/managementExpedite business performance with insights that accelerate performance across Online sales and operation rhythm

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics/Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related field5+ years of relevant experience in program management, process management or process improvementExcellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, punctuation and ability to recall specific facts and a commitment to high accuracy standardsAbility to prioritize, multi-task and follow changing directions in a fast-paced business environmentThe ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for online business highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency and a high level of flexibility and commitmentStrong dedication to problem solving and process improvementsTeam player, personable, professional, and flexibleStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaborateAbility to analyze large datasetsAbility to write comprehensive reportsAn analytical mind and inclination for problem-solvingProficiency in e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English
