We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, ORSO Administration.

Principal Responsibilities

Manage the overall day to day operational activities by ensuring all deadlines are meet and controls are adhered to Explore opportunities to automate process and thereby enhance process efficiency and effectivenessDriving delivery of projects and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring full compliance with the ORSO Ordinance and RegulationsPerform reviews on MIs, forms revamps and regulatory reporting to the authoritiesResponsible person in planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring of any agreed business process and/or IT changesSupervise a team of staff, plans and manages the workload of the sub-ordinates, sharing best practices across teamsOversight the work of offshore teams, driving for operational excellenceOwner on operational workflow, procedures manuals and training materials
