About the Role

The main objective of this position is to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and employer branding within the organization. By organizing events, celebrating inclusivity, providing rewards, and implementing EVP initiatives, this role will aim to create a positive work culture and retain the top talent.
This role is to assist Rewards & HR Services Manager will on promoting mental and physical health activities to support employees' well-being. Through strategic planning of employer awards, internship programs, and job fairs, the specialist will contribute to enhancing the organization's reputation and ensuring a vibrant and engaging workplace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A. Employee Engagement:

Organize and execute various events to foster a positive work culture and enhance team cohesion.Champion inclusivity and diversity initiatives within the organization, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.Strategize and implement non-contractual rewards and benefits programs to recognize and incentivize employee contributions.Co-lead Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

B. Employee Well-being:

Develop and coordinate mental health activities on a monthly basis to promote well-being and resilience among employees.Plan and facilitate physical health activities each month to support employee fitness and vitality.

C. Employer Branding:

Strategically plan, participate in, and disseminate results of employer awards and surveys to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

D. Communication:

Develop, draft and send out internal communications using various channels such as email, Microsoft Form and WhatsApp to ensure effective dissemination of information.Ensure that internal communications are clear, consistent, and align with the company’s value and objectives.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in employee engagement, well-being programs, and employer branding initiatives.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent level of running the Microsoft Suite.
