Get to Know the Role

You will report directly to the Manager of Platform Excellence PH. This is a hybrid role, where you will need to travel to our Marikina office.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

You will identify and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to meet our retail needs.You will negotiate terms and contracts to secure the best possible prices and terms.You will monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.You will monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.You will analyze sales trends to forecast demand and adjust purchasing plans and use procurement software and tools to improve processes and improve efficiency.You will develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality.You will monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies to take advantage of favorable conditions.You will ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.You will coordinate the execution of ad campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all ad placements are accurate..

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the retail industry.Experience in contract management.Proficiency in procurement software.
