Principal Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities and promote other commercial banking products to maximize business growthEnhance customer satisfaction through exceptional customer serviceDevelop relationships with business customers through outreach activitiesManage new customer acquisition in strict compliance with all internal and external KYC (know your customer) regulations and policiesSupport the successful implementation of Business Banking strategiesLiaise with other teams to deliver product and service solutionsIdentify sales opportunities and cross sell HSBC products to appropriate business customersMake business referrals to appropriate parties in HSBC
