Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Power Virtual agent/ Azure bot
In this role,
• CoPilot studio development, should be able to create custom copilot, extend M365 copilot capabilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for bot solutions, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve bot interactions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Train and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Responsibilities
• Very strong experience in Copilot studio development( Power Virtual Agent implementation)
• Mandatory knowledge in Power Platform solution designing
• Excellent Power automate experience
• Capable to build connection between Copiilot and other systems
• Understand the interconnectivity between Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps) and other Office 365 Modules
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, a creative mind, and a problem-solving attitude
• Experience with Azure services including Azure Bots, Azure Functions, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong understanding of AI and NLP concepts.
• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Power Virtual Agents and Azure Bot Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the solutions meet business needs.
• Integrate bots with various data sources and third-party services to enhance functionality.
• Monitor and analyze bot performance, making necessary adjustments to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed bots.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and chatbot technologies.
• Team-player attitude but you can work independently if necessary
• Strong AI builder implementation knowledge
