Main Tasks:-
1. Manage KA business
- Maintain relationship with e-mobility OEM customers as NIO,Tesla, BYD.
- Coordinate with TS and MM/production team to ensure sustainable supply.
- Follow up new projects in KA
- Take the role of RHMA/LFI application leader

2. Develop and maintain accounts in RHMA/LFI/RIM/Potting/E-mobility application
- Collect market intelligence, support application leader to develop application strategy
- Support KAM to manage and develop satellite business
- Develop new accounts

3. Hunt new accounts in Eastern China
- Focus on Eastern China accounts development
- Watch competitor’s movement and report to management regularly

4. Lead in new application development, such as Adhesive and e-mobility
- Gather the market information to setup application strategy
- Develop more potential customers in the specialty field.

Job Requirements:-

- Possess at least a Bachelor in Engineering, Chemical or Automotive
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Automotive/PU/Adhesive/NEV industry
- In-depth knowledge of PU technical know-how and applications.
- Key account management experience.
