Job DescriptionGet to know the Team:
The GR team houses its own strategy, pricing & product design, sales, marketing, operations et al. functions, and also works very closely with other teams in Grab spanning business, operations, tech and analytics.
The sales team is the front line of our GrabRentals drivers and made up of active and supportive team players with a passion for customer experience and operations.
Get to know the Role:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set weekly forecasts/targets, and oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to conversion for new and existing hirers.
Manage sales team to achieve sales targets, including hiring, training, and development.
Enhance sales training materials and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage daily operations, address hirer issues, and handle escalations.
Identify and address process gaps for operational efficiency.
Review, operationalise and optimise sales channels, conduct leads analysis, and refine sales structure for improved conversion.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
At least 3 - 5 years of sales, operations, team management and customer service experience
Fluent written and spoken English is required, with local second language as an advantage
Self-motivated individual who is capable of getting things done within an allocated time frame.
Willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assumes responsibilities for one’s actions.
Ability to work independently, deal effectively with other related departments or as a team, with minimal supervision
Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with our hirers
Strong people skills with a customer-oriented service attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Excel formula and functions, and Google applications preferred
High competency in data analytics tools preferred
