About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processesRoles and responsibilities
Support Team Manager to supervise a team to handle the license and registration affairs of insurance intermediaries, to conduct due diligence and maintain effective controls on proper selection of insurance intermediaries in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirementsAssist in reviewing policies & procedures of insurance intermediary administration; support for regular review of Agent/Broker agreements, forms and correspondencesInitiate CPD Training plan and monitor CPD Compliance reporting of insurance agents; coordinate compliance training/reminders to insurance intermediaries where necessaryCoordinate various compliance reporting/review within the Division, such as external/internal audit, risk management, credit control and complaint investigation concerning insurance intermediariesSupport Team Manager to develop and review various internal policies & procedures for uplifting on-going compliance with Group standardsProvide administration support to Task Force on Intermediary Management as required from time to timeAssist Team Manager in supervising the sales support operation to cope with distribution channel development within the Division, including promotion campaign management, MIS reporting, insurance intermediaries’ compensation and communication, Super Agent e-Platform enhancement and maintenance, etc.Provide on-the job training and coaching to subordinates as requiredPerform any ad-hoc duties as assignedMinimum Job Requirements:
Degree holder, preferably in business or insurance related disciplinesQualified IIQE, LOMA, ANZIIF(Senior Associate) qualifications or other related professional/ insurance status is an advantageMinimum 4-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ at supervisory levelSound knowledge of the Insurance Ordinance, Code of Conduct for Licensed Insurance Agents & Brokers, Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other relevant regulatory requirements is preferable;A good team player with positive working attitude;Well organized and attentive to details;Self-motivated, willing to take on additional responsibility and work in fast paced environmentExcellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills;Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;Proficiency in using Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
