The opportunity
The Reporting & Performance Management team is responsible for assisting the Head of Agency Strategic & Performance Management in driving work deliverables in relation to Management Reporting, Business Planning, Performance Management, Data Analytics and Campaign/Incentive Reporting to optimize the entire Agency Distribution Channel performance
Responsibilities
Annual Business Plan:
Support the Reporting & Performance Management team in driving work deliverables in relation to the Annual Business Planning exercise.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Annual Business Plan.
Identify and understand key business drivers while providing insights of the drivers to the management to drive business decisions along with implementation plans.
Measure agency performance against the business targets via HAPA approach.
Campaign Reporting Management:
Own various Agency Sales Campaign/Incentive Reporting and provide periodic update on the campaign progress report.
Raise campaign payment memo, ensure approval is secured and payment disbursement in a timely manner.
Track and monitor post 13-month campaign clawback validation.
Manage campaign appeal where necessary.
Performance Management:
Effectively track, monitor and support in providing daily sales report, weekly sales meeting deck and Agency Division scorecard KPI.
Ensure accurate and timely provision of analyses, reports and presentations deck for management meetings, such as monthly insurance commentaries, BD2 Forecast, monthly EXCO meeting, monthly Business Review Meetings, Quarterly CEO Reports etc.
Provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
Work on reporting template enhancement and Power BI automation.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop robust strategies to mitigate risks associated with strategic projects and campaign reporting.
Ensure that risks are managed proactively to minimize their impact on the organization.
Innovation and Growth:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the agency.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and industry standards in performance management.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in various company-wide business initiatives as required. Follow up follow through any actions needed to improve organizational performance and competitiveness.

What we are looking for
Possess Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent professional
3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of agency data performance management and demonstrated good working relationships in this field.
Understanding of business financials, with the ability to deliver results within financial parameters.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Basic Power BI automation skills is an added advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in performance management, sales management, and communication.
