POSITION SUMMARY:
Develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives with the goal of driving revenue growth and maximizing overall company profitability. This involves conducting in-depth statistical analysis, identifying opportunities, leveraging gaming technology and enhancing operational processes in both gaming and non-gaming areas. Collaborate with various business units, such as providing casino marketing effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive revenue and profits for the company by developing and implementing data-driven revenue optimization strategies in gaming and non-gaming sectorsAnalyze current market trends, demand patterns, and the competitive landscape to identify lucrative revenue opportunitiesUtilize data mining techniques and predictive analysis to extract valuable insights, forecast revenue, and make well-informed decision in gaming, casino marketing and non-gaming fieldPrepare and deliver insightful reports to senior management, providing constructive revenue optimization insights, strategies, and recommendationsCollaborate closely with sales and marketing team to align revenue strategies with promotional activities and demand-driving tacticsEstablish and maintain effective reporting mechanisms that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational trends, issues, and opportunities in both gaming and non-gaming unitsProvide reports for management review, benchmarking against budgetary, historical, and industry standardsStay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and drive operational improvementsManage small to medium scope projectsQUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
Successful candidates must have five years and above relevant work experienceCandidates must have a proven track record in highly numerate and analytical rolesPreference is given to candidates with gaming or hospitality experienceEducation
Candidates must hold a degree from a major, accredited institution in the fields of hospitality, gaming, statistics, marketing, finance, engineering, business administration or mathematics. Preference is given to candidates with a post graduate degree from a major, accredited institutionSkills / Competencies
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with solid understanding of revenue optimization practicesStrong presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with senior managementAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsFluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin in both speaking and writingExcellence in software skills and tools in Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPointExcellence in technical skills in SAS, Visual Basic, SQL, or CognosStrong project management skillsStrong coaching, leadership and team management skillsAdvanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretationAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
