**About the Role**
The Assistant Manager, Wholesale Operations Support plays a pivotal role in optimising PVH store operations for all PVH brands within department stores. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and actioning data analysis, reporting communication across Wholesale Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Category Teams.
Reporting to the Director, Visual Merchandising, Wholesale Store Development & Operations, this role is based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD. Located 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Analyse weekly department store sales and performance data, generating reports with insights for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Support the Director, VM, Wholesale SD, and Operations in initiatives to streamline processes, improve VM productivity, and enhance consumer experience in PVH-branded spaces.
+ Support the optimisation of the store operations team and payroll budget and identify staffing needs through analysis, planning and reporting of KPI’s, team productivity and implementation of efficiency initiatives and cost controls.
+ Utilise weekly sales data from department stores to carry out data-driven performance analysis, reporting results back to internal and external key stakeholders, inputting and presenting regular reports.
+ Lead, coach, and support the Wholesale VM and Operations Admin Assistant including in reporting, communications, and cross-functional projects.
+ Govern and ensure workforce management systems are running accurately, utilising this information to support the Department Store Operations Manager managing the payroll budget, maintaining, and reconciling budget trackers, monthly reporting and forecasting.
+ Contribute to feasibility modelling and CAPEX investment business cases in collaboration with the SD, category and commercial teams.
+ Assist VM teams with KPI tracking, PIR preparation, and model store workshops to drive commercial outcomes.
+ Provide training to department leaders on interpreting sales, labour, and inventory data for continuous improvement.
**About You:**
+ 3–5 years’ experience in roster and labour planning, inventory management, logistics optimisation, or retail operations within fashion or department stores.
+ Understanding of stock movement processes, retail and/or wholesale supply chain, and visual merchandising.
+ Prior experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Qlik Sense) and workforce/task management systems (e.g. Human Force, Kronos, or similar).
+ Advanced computer software skills, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
+ Exposure to relevant retail and operational activities within a business of significant scale. Multi-brand experience is highly regarded.
+ Exhibit excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritise effectively, work independently, and take full responsibility of deliverables.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
