We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAssistant Manager – Credit Services.

Principal responsibilities

Ensure coordination between various departments (pre and post approval, Financial Spreading units)to deliver Credit Applications in line with the Credit and Risk Policies and procedures.Ensure that the process related procedures are updated / developed and implemented as per the process manuals.Should be the SME of the processResponsible for the process complying with service level agreementsAbility to handle escalations and resolve complex process related issuesThe role is involved in managing the Commercial Banking and Global Market businessesWhilst Credit Policies are available, the role requires providing guidance to staff on judgement and decision-making during processing.Ensuring preparation of Legal Documents informing the customers of the availed products and services in line with the proposed / approved Credit Applications.
