Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Team Leaders/Assistant Managers (L6) to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to manage the team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that SLAs are met, as well as guiding fellow leaders in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage team leaders and serve as a liaison for the Operations Manager

Review team performance and provide corrective action plan/s – perform 1:1 coaching, provide support, motivation and development of staff

Assist immediate supervisor in coordinating team resources, monitoring team activities, and preparing reports

Assist in conducting a regular training needs analysis for personal and professional development of the staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply

At least three (3) years of senior team leader background, with experience in handling peers/other team leaders

Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

Experience in handling a high volume and/or financial account in a BPO or shared services company

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
