Compensation Information

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

*Contingent on working a 5 day, 40 hour per week schedules. Employees that do not follow this schedule will receive an equivalent of holiday hours. 
 

What you’ll do:

Support salon management. You will work in direct partnership with your location’s leadership team to ensure company goals and standards are met.Cheer and coach our artists and support team. Our management teams are focused on building up artists and support staff teams through connecting, training, and coaching.Cultivate guest relationships. In addition to welcoming and assisting our guests at the desk, management is also called upon to professionally navigate more complex guest situationsEnsure a welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy.  We value leadership by example. Management is always willing to step in to assist with salon operational processes and housekeeping tasks.

What we need you to know before applying:

Open scheduling availability is a must, including weekend and evening availability. Our salons are open 7 days a week from morning to mid-evening.
