ROOM SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking forthe Room Service Assistant Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. who will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Room Service Ordertaker is responsible to provide an exceptional customer service in the function of ordertaker in the food beverage division of the hotel. The Room Service Assistant Manager is responsible to assist the Director of FB in the implementation of all Policies Procedures specific to Room Service.

This position is ranked from as Assistant Manager, and will report to the Director of FB.
