About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Complete QA frameworks, policy, metrics, methodologies, and tools capable of delivering embedded quality management across enterprise-wide delivery platforms to deliver-standard processes and high-quality of application implementation and delivery.Provide constructive feedback to optimize & enhance the QA frameworks continuously.Assist project manager / platform to lead key business and technology collaborators (e.g., Product Owner, Platform Lead) and/or project collaborators to develop the Quality management approach across a full range of IT delivery activities.Coordinate and liaise with business units, IT, external vendors, and/or project teams to resolve any quality issues.Mentor project / platform team on quality aspects of delivery with proper and regular training and provide guidance on quality standards and best practices for application quality improvement.Lead offshore testing resources to support adherence to defined standard methodology for testing deliverables.Maintain and measure the solution delivery quality and standard.

Minimum Job Requirements:

5+ years IT Solution Quality Assurance/Management with a strong emphasis on engagement across the breadth of delivery activities, highly effective collaborator engagement, metrics definition and analysis and communication.Good Understanding of various testing phases and objectives in a software development lifecycleHands-on working experience in leading test plan, test cases, and defects using tools including Jira.Hard-working person with thoughtful demeanour.Fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking
