Qualified Candidates:

Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not requiredAre natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a teamCan have tough conversations in a professional and constructive mannerCan create a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued and recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the missionA dynamic, energizing environment where you're consistently challenged, never bored.  Leader training and development to help you grow as an assistant manager and help the business manager lead your team.

 

Day-to-Day:

Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, etc.Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performanceEffectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environmentEmpower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularlyDevelop positive relationships and build confidence with employees, members, and guests

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 Learning & Knowing our brand inside and out

Presenting, coaching others & selling our Wellness Program

Scheduling Team work assignments

Making sure that the clinic is organized, clean and presentable

Database maintenance

Running daily reports

Collaborating with Upper Management Team

Executing Brand Protocols

 

Must haves:

Leadership skillsetSpa experience or like settingManagement, Retail Sales and Customer service experience Enjoy people & provide impeccable customer service!Have open availability and be reliable to meet scheduling needsBe a quick learner and be willing to learn our brand from the ground upKnow our Wellness Program and be able to present it & train others to present it.Impeccable appearance & willing to wear our brand uniformBe a team player as well as a team leader
