Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Salesforce

The role requires good knowledge of excel and a good eye for detail. The role will require quality check of market research data and also a good understanding of vlookups, pivots and some basic dashboarding skills using excel. The role is primarily a quality assurance role and this will require developing QA checklists and developing systems to thoroughly check the quality of a deliverable in a short span of time..

Responsibilities

• Develop acute understanding of salesforce as well as other internal tools used.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Work with internal teams to collaborate, drive prioritization, analyze and resolve complex issues, resulting in the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Handling Salesforce Admin related responsibilities driven by regular and ad-hoc projects
• Maintaining data hygiene, data management as requested by users.
• Working closely with end-users to solve their issues related to Salesforce
• Creating new cases for any issue faced in the process of SFDC. And liaising with System admins in tickets raised by end users.
• Experience in preparing SOP’s / Training manuals for new existing process.
• Good understanding of Dashboards Reports in Salesforce
• Should be good in analyzing the exported data and use formulas to get the required client data as per the business needs.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Role requires relevant experience in Salesforce Admin skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction.
• Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design.
• Good business analysis skills are needed to understand client’s business.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com testing will be appreciated.
• Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities and be able to manage time with multitasking.
• Knowledge in MS Office would be an advantage.

Graduate/ Post Graduate

Preferred qualifications

BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc.
