What you’ll do

Delegate duties and supervise facility employeesSupervise and participate in receiving, processing, and shipping grain commoditiesMaintain an understanding of end-user requirements to ensure the product meets specificationsEnsure consistent compliance with quality control standardsMonitor and recommend improvements to increase operating efficiency and profitabilityKeep safety top of mind

What you bring to our team

At least four years of grain and/or special crops experienceGood communication and working relationships with your teammates and customersThe ability to effectively plan and organize employee activitiesThe aptitude and physical ability to operate grain processing equipmentGood eyesight and colour perception
