Inviting applications for the Assistant Manager– Accounts Payable rolein Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience/Helpdesk Query Management
Responsibilities
• Should have team handling experience of at least 1 to 2 years with a size of 10 to 12 team members.
• Should possess excellent communication skills
• Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
• Experience in AP on the invoice side or Helpdesk is required
• Client Management
• Review and validate essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
• Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker
• Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
• Work with Suppliers/Vendors to resolve and handle queries to solution
• Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client Process requirements
• Follow up with requisitions (via calls/ mails or tickets) to solve hold invoice as per the AP guidelines
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
• Relevant work experience on Accounts payable transactional activities and Helpdesk
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written) Preferred qualifications
• Experience in Accounts Payable tasks delivery, Reconciliations, Helpdesk
• Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders
• Ability to handle a team size of 10 to 12 members • Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is a must.
