Assistant Manager Airside

Department: Airside Operations Position: Assistant Manager Airside Location: MUX - Airport Number Of Openings: 1 Description: Proper assumption of charge of his shift with exact head count and debrief from outgoing AM.
Distribution of tasks to different personnel and deployment of available GHE in the shift.
Proper monitoring of working locations and discipline of deployed personnel and GHE in his shift
through Airside Executive.
Close coordination with Blue Cap, Engineering and ASF for timely dispatch of flights.
Close monitoring of delay in flights departures and implementing remedial measures in
consultation with Manager Airside.
Proper cleaning of all aircraft during turn around and internal / external deep cleaning when
planned in his shift.
Safe operations on aircraft by personnel and deployed GHE.
Timely arrangement of aircraft parking place in coordination with CAA.
Monitoring fulfillment of administrative needs of personnel in his shift.
Raising of Airside Discrepancy Report (ADR) if any, to Manager Airside before pack up.
Providing feedback to Manager Airside on FSR, Hazard Reports etc.
Any additional duties assigned by SMAS/MAS. Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Required Skills: Degree: Graduation.
Diploma of Associate Engineering will have preference.
Experience: 5-7 yrs of Management experience as Team Leader or Working as Assistant Manager /Senior Supervisor Ramp operations in Aviation industry/Ground Handling Agency.
Should be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
MS Office Skills Physical Requirements: Age (Min): 35 Age (Max): 40
