Retail Banking plays a crucial role in executing the Wealth and Personal Banking strategy, providing strategic advice, frameworks and guidance to markets, that ensure all customer journeys, products and services are sustainable, inclusive and built with customers at the heart. Retail Banking brings together a united retail business, made up of the following global teams: Segments, Retail Products, Shared Services Contact Centre, Distribution and Enablers spanning Customer Experience, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Business Architecture, Sustainability and Inclusion for Wealth and Personal Banking

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role ofAssistant Manager Balance Build, Credit Card Product Management.

Principal Responsibilities:

Drive Balance Build's overall business growth with focus on product pricing strategies and optimization of leads targeting mechanism to improve channel efficiency and ensures good balance of sales revenue realization.Improve and optimize Balance Build sales from digital channels such as mobile application public website to reduce dependency on traditional cross-sell channels and contribute to the overall development of digital strategies.Assist in crafting innovative product propositions and executing strategies to drive portfolio growth through new product launches, initiatives, and aligned business activities.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational strategies and support process improvement initiatives.Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights and identify opportunities for portfolio and process enhancement.Ensure compliance with regulatory, system, and promotional reporting requirements.Provide day-to-day support for product and service inquiries from branches, direct sales and contact centers, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
