Job Description – Asst Manager BCC (Grade 2A)
Act as a Lead Compliance SPOC for designated Business Units in Abbott Specialty Care
Ensure constant monitoring and enforcement of all applicable compliance policies as well as SOPsEnsure compliance assurance in designated Business UnitsEnsure risk evaluation as well as remediation wherever applicableSupporting in OEC monitoring / Internal audit / External auditAct as a whistleblower for the designated Business Units Drive communication programs to improve compliance awareness and build compliance assurance cultureActive contributor in pre-approval meets to ensure compliance adherenceReview & Monitor Post activity compliance adherenceSupporting business for smooth execution of all HCP activitiesMonitoring of Plan Vs Execution of all HCP activitiesMIS support to designated Business UnitsActive Participation in Monthly business reviewsConduct induction program for New Joinees on compliance in designated Business UnitsConduct various training programs as well as refresher modules on existing as well as new policy changes for designated Business UnitsQualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience : Two to Three years of Working experience in Audits & Compliance is preferred
