Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support implementation of Zalando -specific Account Marketing initiatives, including planning, production, activation and reporting. Ensure efficiencies and synergies for every implementation of Brand Activation. Focus on digital and influencer marketing.
Responsibilities:
Support implementation of Marketing initiatives for Zalando Collate relevant consumer insights and product data for planning of campaign execution Sample management for influencer activations, events and production shoots Own the process of marketing material distribution for smaller campaigns incl. sourcing from depository, briefing in resizing and sending on to Zalando Support in securing organic placements on Zalando in partnership with Zalando’s content and Social Media teams Compile post campaign evaluations working with the business analyst and the Zalando Brand Marketing team and pulling data from multiple sources Own the responsibility of maintaining and updating the adidas Brand Home (shop in shop destination) on Zalando regularly

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Excellent communication and presentation skills Very good interpersonal skills Organizational, planning and project management skills Analytical skills, ability to deal with complex situations and problems Solid understanding of customer and market First experience of key marketing instruments and their usage in respective channels Advanced MS office skills, especially PPT and Excel First experience with SAP of advantage Fluency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus Teamplayer mentality
Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:
Degree in Business Administration with focus on marketing or sales, media and communications or similar First working experience in the areas of marketing and/or Sales, ideally in the sporting goods/fashion/consumer goods industry or experience in agency
