Digital banking and digital payments 

Enterprise transformation and process re-engineering/ optimisation/ automation  

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Operational Risk Management 

Credit modelling 

Regulatory compliance, anti-financial crime and compliance risk management 

Internal controls 

Data analytics and data-driven techniques

Additional Skills: 

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written communication 

Exhibit expertise in developing presentations 

Possess excellent problem-solving, research and analytical abilities 

Reasonable knowledge and understanding of technologies including advanced/ emerging tech.

Be collaborative and possess strong multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint) 

Be knowledgeable of banking industry trends, risks, regulations, products and processes.

Education: 

ACA, ACCA 

Masters or Bachelors degree in related fields 

Experience: 

2 to 5 years of experience at banks across any of the above-mentioned domains
