Report To: Cargo Standard, Policy and Operations Support Manager
As part of our dedicated Cargo Service Delivery team, you will be to all freighter handling systems and solutions development, covering ramp handling, aircraft loading and weight and balance functions.
You should be an operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) and serves as a steer project team member for managing the activities of operational solutions development, testing and implementation within Cargo Service Delivery and across the globe for CX network.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Project Champions to consolidate detailed requirements on freighter load control system and new loading reconciliation systemLead and manage CSD digital projects with operational and technical stakeholders both internally and externally to safeguard productivity, safety and sustainability objectivesWork with cargo IT team to refine the system design and customization specificationProvide system administrative support, including but not limited to creating user access hierarchy and aircraft profile configurationWork with project team to develop the customization features, and give feedback on the user experience (UE) and user interface (UI) designConduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) with project champions and cargo IT team to safeguard systems and products are worked-as-designed, as well as delivered as per requirements before acceptanceEstablish the rollout plan along with the project team & engaging all Project Champions on defining the roles, timelines and successful criteria for new system implementationConduct process gap analysis and review the current procedures and design to-be processEnsure the revised procedures are fulfilling regulatory compliance and organization conformanceFeedback the outstanding and enhancement items with project team, and work with the vendor on scheduling the delivery of outstanding itemsAfter project closure, collaborate with system stakeholders/vendor to design a post-flight report to facilitate data analytics on utilization and compliance rateRequirements
Tertiary education or equivalent.3-5 years’ experience in airline operations and project managementEssential freighter handling and load control knowledgeSound project management skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving and planning skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong computer knowledge including database and analytical management capabilityGood command of both spoken and written EnglishAbility to travel overseas extensively when requiredPersonal & Application Information
