Client Treatment Events (Gala Dinner, Global Event Invitation, etc) VIC Client hospitality program, gifting and collaterals Sales promotion events in line with marketing strategy and product launch plan High-end & new clients development Supporting sales events Supervising in-store hospitality & client experience VIP3 NYStrategic planning and execution of high-end clients treatment events (Gala dinner, Oversea tour invitations, Global evet etc)
Project management for events Communication with internal/external clients for work streamline Budget management and control Vendor management Store support to select and follow-up clients DM VMStrategic planning for store promotion activity
Strategic planning and execution of promotion event on new product launch, new store opening, and bridal fair, etc. DM development and operation Communication with internal/external clients and stores PDCA VM is not included.3.VIC
VIP NYAnnual planning and arrangement of high-end client hospitality and gifting programs.
Client hospitality, T&E, exclusive arrangement Develop locally or select client gift and collaterals Store support to select and follow-up clients4.
High-end/New client development
Support individual clients treatment planning and execution New client development with outside party5.
Supporting sales events
Keep close communication for event preparation event report creation On-site support included6.
Supervise in-store hospitality
Closely working with retail team to upgrade in-store hospitality and client experience. WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT / / / WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT Work experiences on event and clienteling Business level English (E-mail communication, business trip to oversea) Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal/external clients Project management skills and multi-task control Documentation skill Available to oversea travel (One or twice oversea trip and around 4 times domestic travel per year ) High end business experience preferable
