Project Planning & Execution: Provide solutioning related to aptitude assessments, explaining the assessment science and making clients understand the approach to be followed. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for projects involving content development and oversee their execution to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross- functional teams and clients, including subject matter experts, content creators, reviewers, to ensure content meets project requirements and client expectations.
Content Management – You will be working on review of existing skills and questions based on those skills taking help from external subject matter experts (SMEs); revamping and re-organizing bank with a proper and easy to use classification of skills, updating question bank by removing highly exposed items; working on presenting questions in a presentable format ensuring language and grammatical correctness.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that content meets regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.
Additional responsibility: The role requires one to work on designing assessments and reporting as per the clients’ requirements in etc. The assessments can be used by the clients for various purposes, for example, recruitment of candidates (freshers hiring, campus hiring etc.), learning & development, training needs identification and succession planning. These assessments are to be designed relevant for a specific job role, industry, geography etc. and hence, the content (questions within assessments) is the most critical part.
The role requires one to independently handle the client’s requests along with the entire operational work required for completing the request and coordinating with different stakeholders.
