Assistant Manager - Collections

Inviting applications for the role of AM, Collections
We are looking for a Collections Representative who would be responsible for managing all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Order to Cash domain.
• Managing the team of 15-20 employees, managing team staffing, Partner management
• Drive performance for all team members
• Identify training gaps, mentor your team
• Making sure the team meets all SLAs for the process
• Manage critical accounts for the team This includes the collection of invoices and the management of all related processes dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration.
• Ability to handle, trouble shoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks
• Effectively communicate and support the collection goals, while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
• Receive notification for reimbursement and perform acceptability analysis within threshold
• Take Supervisory make customer concern calls
• Attend cash calls with clients, discuss accounts where help is needed
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Any Graduation
• Team leading experience

• Advance Excel skills and analytical thinking skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement background a plus.
• Well organized and attention to details.
• Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure with solution focus approach
• Ability to learn ERP systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel
• Good conceptual knowledge and experience in tax activities preferred
