We are looking for professional Assistant Manager - Communications in our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and employees within the hotel and for external communications.Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of Communications team.Provides quality service to guests, staff, and incoming calls and a wide range of information pertaining to the hotel and activities in and around the city.Assist with the maintenance of the telecommunication devices and systems within the hotel.Identifies, plans and conducts training programs for employees.

Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems.Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industryDiploma/degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable.
