Required skills:
• Experience in UK Pensions Data Analysis (DB or DC, with DB being preferable)
• Advanced SQL skills to link tables for analysis and data updates, must be familiar with joining
multiple tables and subqueries/ Sub select statements, rank, Inner Join, Outer Join, Min and Max
statements, Generating sequential number, Case statement etc.
• Good written and verbal communication as may be engaging directly with clients (depending on project)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and pensions support to the Configuration Analysis team
• Receive data from ceding administrator’s system
• Load data into a temporary database
• Analyse data received alongside scheme documentation and map to our target database
• Develop data reconciliations in SQL
• Analyse, map and test interface data
• Liaise with calc analysts to agree benefit tranches and structure
• Configure base scheme and category set ups to match benefit structure of the scheme
