Job Description :

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE     

The role looks at supporting the SCMM in delivering the NSV and market share objectives.
The role is responsible for execution of customer marketing plans at an outlet level as per the defined goal involving various aspects of ensuring effective brand communication, accurate M&E, running promotion schemes, promotor/vendor management, capability building and managing all documentation to ensure smooth implementation of the plan

Subordinate Role Other Roles/Teams within the Function Divisions/ Departments OUTSIDE the Function External Interface ,Cluster Head, Team Leaders, Territory Sales Executives, RCMH , RCMM, SCMM, other SCME Finance,
Marketing, Supply Chain & Sourcing, Legal Distributors, Vendors, Retailers

TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing

Experience: • 2-4 years experience in FMCG / Alco-Bev sales

Knowledge & skills: • Planning, execution and review.

• Training promoters in outlets

Requirements of the role• Extensive travelling across to the outlets
• Visiting the different markets, visiting outlets during activations
