Assistant Manager-EHS

Develop and implement comprehensive Environment, Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies. 

Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence. 

Manage EHS audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented within defined timelines. 

Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote a safety-focused culture. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS requirements into project planning, design, and execution. 

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field. 

Master's degree in Environmental Management or relevant discipline is preferred.
