Job DescriptionProvides essential administrative management support to the Entertainment Department, acting as part of the Entertainment Central Support Team.
Supervises and facilitates the ongoing processes for the financial management system.Manages the ongoing process (and supports management of the people) for project based temporary staff assignment onboarding and scheduling through both the Universal JPP program and the Seasonal Supervisor program (recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll follow up).Management of Central Support staff as assigned.Executes financial processes (purchase orders, invoice payment processing, internal catalog procurement, etc.) on behalf of the Entertainment management team, as required to support the overall Central Support team.Utilizes Wrike software/program to facilitate, generate, track, and maintain all in-process and completed central support requests (procurement, accounts payable, internal vendor information, property access, logistics, etc.). Regularly provides update to departmental leadership on status.Supports the management of office space and expendables, technology requests, property access requests and granting of file storage access.Supports the management and prioritization of departmental Wrike requests, providing recommendations on achieving project goals while maintaining balance of request load.Takes on administrative projects as assigned, overseeing development through execution.QualificationsQualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in theatrical or entertainment production.Ability to professionally communicate precise information to and from multiple sources (both verbally and in written documents)Thorough understanding of budgeting, payroll and staffing procedures.Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required.Desired Characteristics
Degree in Theatre Production, Business or related fieldDedicated desire to work behind the scenes in an administrative/support function.Solid understanding of the production of live entertainment in a theme park environment.Solid budgeting, financial and procurement skills; as well as understanding/experience with the SAP financial system.Experience working with recruitment, staffing, HR, payroll and scheduling procedures.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, with confidence to multi-task as required.Ability to achieve results through the flawless execution of strategies and process.Ability to identify and communicate creative solutions to challenges, and to maintain a consistent focus on priorities with persistent follow-through.Ability to deal well with ambiguity and constant change, working in fast-paced environments with accelerated production schedules.A strong passion to drive high quality results, both end-product as well as process.Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00
