Assistant Manager - Exhibition Center
Job Purpose
Manage the daily operations of the Exhibition Center teams, ensuring that team members are motivated to exceed guests' expectations for five-star service. This role also serves as the spokesperson for exhibition programs to the public, VIPs, local government, and media. The individual will coordinate guest requests and events with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide a luxurious and welcoming experience for all guests, adhering to luxury brand standards. Treat all guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Have thorough knowledge of Exhibition Center service standards, policies, and procedures. Be familiar with art space touch points, ticketing information (reservations, policies, schedules, fares, rules, restrictions, and billing), hotel facilities, operating hours, events, and activities.
• Manage daily operations of the Exhibition Center team, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, including the office.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members according to Exhibition Center standards. Manage Team Members’ uniforms, and monitor team members’ grooming and manners, providing immediate guidance and support when needed.
• Participate in setting up and dismantling exhibition deliverables and follow up with condition reports of the artworks during unpacking and repacking.

Competencies and Requirements:
Experience:
• 3 years of experience in hospitality or a service role.
• 3 years of experience in a gallery, museum, or other organization working with fine art.
• Extensive experience speaking about art and working with VIPs and the press is required.
• Experience handling and coordinating the shipment of works of art or managing fine art projects is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Art or Design
Language Abilities: Fluent in English with Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Google suite, and Dropbox.
